Our 6 week teacher training is a 200 hour mat Pilates certification program led by Alyssa Hughes, owner of Sol and instructor of 9 years. This hands-on program combines formal education in studio with observation and student teaching hours. You will learn to move with efficiency, lead with intention, and develop a career in teaching Pilates. We keep this program small to ensure your education gets ample attention.
