
Pilates Instructor
Sophia is a certified Pilates instructor and Division 1 beach volleyball player at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Her background as a collegiate athlete fuels her passion for movement, strength, and intentional living. She brings this same energy into her Pilates classes, creating sessions that are equal parts challenging and empowering.
With a deep love for health and wellness, Sophia strives to help clients feel strong, balanced and confident both in and out of the studio. Whether it's guiding athletes in recovery or supporting beginners on their fitness journey, her goal is to make every class welcoming, uplifting, and effective.
When she's not teaching or training, Sophia loves spending her time at the beach, grabbing coffee at a local coffee shop, and going on walks outside.

2. What are one/two daily habits that you think everyone should do?
everyday i try to "level up" by doing 1 happy thing (like getting a coffe), 1 healthy thing (pilates/walking), and 1 hot thing (getting ready/putting on a cute outfit). maximize your day and energy!!
3. What is your guilty pleasure?
buying brown butter cookie dough from Whole Foods to make warm cookies !!!!
