About Elina:

Elina is completing her training hours after attending Sol's teacher training program under Alyssa. With a background in hiking, climbing, surfing, running and strength training, she was drawn to Pilates for its emphasis on balance, precision, and the mind-body connection. Pilates has become a core part of her movement practice, and she's passionate about creating classes that are both challenging and restorative. Outside of the studio, Elina works in mental health crisis response and is deeply interested in the intersection of physical and emotional wellness. When she's not teaching or working, you'll usually find her outdoors- moving and exploring.

1. What is your go-to coffee order?

daily movement and at least one belly laugh with a friend
